These strings are precision sized for best uniformity.

I may be wrong, but I think Hilo is one of few string manufacturers that are precision resizing their strings for precision uniformity of size..

When a string is one precision diameter.... there are less stray and unwanted harmonic frequencies when the string is vibrating.

Hilo strings are used by some of the best Hawaiian ukulele builders.You will like the sound of these strings!
