Get a small Phillips Head Screwdriver (some tuners have regular screwdriver slots also.)

Hold Button and tighten screw 1/4 turn clockwise.

Check, is the string still slipping and going flat?

If string goes flat, tighten 1/4 turn more clockwise

If peg is too tight, loosen 1/8 turn

We don't sell replacement screws by themselves. A good hardware store has them, although they may have brass colored heads and not nickel plated.
